Sunday morning we woke up to a flooded house (and I don't mean a little mop up job!)

I phoned a few people but Paul was the only one who answered (fair enough too as it was a Sunday morning)

Despite having plans with his family, Paul came out and vacuumed out approximately 1000 litres of water from inside our house. Not only did he return later in the day with an extra blower but he also regularly phoned over the next day to ensure everything was ok. A couple of visits later my carpets have been ripped up, dried, re-laid and somehow miraculously salvaged.
